Based on the manufacturing principle of temperature controller, the temperature controller is divided into:
1、 Jump thermostat:
The models of various jump type temperature controllers are collectively referred to as KSD. Common ones are KSD301, ksd302, etc. the temperature controller is a new product of bimetallic sheet temperature controller. It is mainly used as various electric heating products. When it has overheating protection, it is usually connected in series with thermal fuse, and the jump type temperature controller is used as primary protection. The thermal fuse is used as a secondary self-protection when the sudden jump temperature controller is out of order or fails, resulting in the overheating of the electric heating element, so as to effectively prevent the burning out of the electric heating element and the resulting fire accident.
2、 Hydraulic temperature controller:
When the temperature of the controlled object changes, the material (generally liquid) in the temperature sensing part of the thermostat generates corresponding thermal expansion and cold contraction (volume change), and the capsule connected with the temperature sensing part generates expansion or contraction. Based on the lever principle, it drives the on-off action of the switch to achieve the purpose of constant temperature. The liquid expansion thermostat has the performance characteristics of accurate temperature control, stability and reliability, small start-up and stop temperature difference, large control temperature control adjustment range, large overload current and so on. Liquid expansion temperature controller is mainly used in temperature control fields such as household appliance industry, electric heating equipment and refrigeration industry.
3、 Pressure thermostat:
The temperature controller converts the change of controlled temperature into the change of space pressure or volume through the closed temperature bag and capillary filled with temperature sensing working medium. When the temperature setting value is reached, the contact is automatically closed through elastic element and fast instantaneous mechanism, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic temperature control. The utility model is composed of a temperature sensing part, a temperature setting main body part, a microswitch for opening and closing or an automatic damper. Pressure temperature controller is suitable for refrigeration appliances (such as refrigerator, freezer, etc.) and heaters.
The above are common mechanical temperature controllers.
4、 Electronic thermostat,
Electronic temperature controller (resistance type) is measured by resistance temperature sensing method. Generally, platinum wire, copper wire, tungsten wire and thermistor are used as temperature measuring resistors. These resistors have their own advantages and accuracy. General household air conditioners mostly use thermistor type. Electronic temperature controller has the advantages of stability and small volume. Now it is used in more and more fields.
